An 800 grade silver Art Nouveau footed bowl,
Heilbronn circa 1900 by Bruckmann & Söhne

Triangular form with bevelled corners. The long sides each decorated with irises with a central flower whose leaves enclose the rim. The bowl standing on a central baluster.

Elegant footed bowl in pure Art Nouveau style in delightful good and authentic condition without repairs, as well as without monogram or other personal engravings. The bowl forms part of the French-influenced Art Nouveau iris pattern produced by Bruckmann & Söhne in the period around 1900, when the Heilbronn silverware factory participated in the World Exhibition in Paris and made its silverware known to a broad international public for the first time.
