Copenhagen 1908 by A. Dragstei

The circular wall decorated with open-work dandelion decoration in Art Nouveau style. The uncoloured glass insert with cutted star to the base.

23 cm / 9.05″ diameter, 8.8 cm / 3.46″ tall; 586.9 g / 18.86 oz

Beautifully shaped and unusual footed bowl of Art Nouveau style in very good, authentic condition without damages or repairs. The bowl furthermore shows no personal inscription or monogram.
The design is strongly related to a silver bowl designed by Nils Georg Henriksen (1855 – 1922), executed by Anton Michelsen, Copenhagen 1897 which is today in possession of the National Museum in Stockholm. In contrast to this work, this bowl with its openwork decoration is somewhat more elaborate in its realization.
