An Art Déco sterling silver sugar caster,

This fine antique Art Déco sterling silver sugar caster has a tapering cylindrical form onto a plain circular spreading foot. The surface of the stepped caster is plain and unembellished. The sugar caster retains the original hallmarked bayonet fitted cover, encircled with bands and geometrically pierced with perforactions. The inside made of white galalith. The cover is surmounted by a tapering cylindrical sterling silver finial.

A big sized sterling silver sugar caster of iconic Art Déco style and with minor signs of age and use.
