The circular bowl standing on a recessed central foot. The wall divided into eight sections by vegetal ribs and subtly wavy at the edge. The rim is decorated with a fine diamond cutting.

Regarded as one of Britain’s leading silversmiths, Rauni Higson is known for distinctive sculptural tableware. The artist draws inspiration for her extraordinary silverware from the natural surroundings of her home in Snowdonia, Wales. Six works from her form part of the Goldsmiths’ Company Collection. Commissions include the National Museum of Wales, the Worshipful Company of Clothworkers, the Worshipful Company of Weavers and the Worshipful Society of Apothecaries. She was Chair of Contemporary British Silversmiths from 2014 to 2017.
