An outstanding modern Britannia silver Meander dish

An outstanding modern Britannia silver Meander dish
London 2017 by Rauni Higson

The asymmetric form is supported and balanced by a foot, which follows the line of the ridge in the inner side of the bowl. The inner side showing a fine matte, near mother-of-pearl like finish contrasting with the bright polished highlights of the rim and the ridge.
A masterfully accomplished, unique bowl from one of Britain´s leading silversmiths with a highly decorative, near sculptural nature. This bowl is the large sized one of a line comprising three bowls of different size and design.
