A Georg Jensen sterling silver milk and sugar set in “Blossom” pattern, also known as “Magnolia”, designed by Georg Jensen, 1905. Executed by Georg Jensen silversmithy 1925-32. A good gauge of silver and in exceptional presentation condition. The hammered bodies standing on three legs, the detachable lid of the sugar bowl showing a flower bud as the knob. The milk jug with ivory handle.
A very exquisite milk and sugar set of consummate elegance and of a good gauge of silver in excellent presentation condition. This iconic design internationally established a good reputation to Georg Jensen as a very inventive and ingenious designer. Being an example of Georg Jensen´s lifetime this set is of an additional rarity.
